All GovRates financial models are non-proprietary and available for client use. The financial models developed by the GovRates team can be complex or simple depending upon the needs of our clients. We have developed many state-of-the-art financial models with interactive functions and graphical management dashboards. We work closely with our clients to determine the appropriate financial and operational metrics that should be included in the models. During the course of a project, we may send multiple draft versions of a financial model to a client for review to make sure the end product will be useful to the client.
